RETURNS

Firstly, we are sorry the product you ordered didn't work out for you! But don't fear we do except returns, however we do not offer a free returns service. If you would like to return something you ordered then please return your items in their original packaging. If they are not in their original packaging or damaged in any way, we will not be able to offer a refund if it is not in its original condition.

FAULTY OT DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty then we are so sorry! We will do our best to get a replacement out to you asap! Please email hello@hootyballoo.com to speak to a member of our team. If you do not want a replacement please return them to us with an email of the postage receipt and we will refund this for you.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days from us recieving your return. We can only issue refunds on the same payment card used to order. All Returns are subject to checks and will not be refunded if they do not meet the standards required for returned items. Club Green have the right to refuse any returned product based on its condition, it is the responsibity of the sender to ensure the items are packed saftely to prevent damage.
